Plant Watering Alarm Alert Parent

This product is a soil moisture sensor (hygrometer). CJMCU Soil Moisture Sensor is compatible with Arduino and helps you extend the life of your plant by reminding you when to water it. The humidity sensor uses capacitive moisture measurement unlike resistive humidity measurements, meaning that the sensor has no electrical contact with the floor, which avoids electrode corrosion and electrolysis. This capacitive humidity measurement contributes to a longer battery life and better accuracy.

The sensor has an alarm function with a built-in passive buzzer. When the moisture content is high, the humidity sensor starts to emit a low alarm sound over the buzzer. At low humidity level, the sensor increases the alarm sound level. The sensor can detect whether it is day or night by measuring the ambient light quantity, and therefore does not make any noise in the dark.
