Description
Ready to use: no manual installation of the drivers required, the widely used CH340G chip is installed on the adapter
Easy to use and safe operation: microcontrollers can be controlled with 3.3 V and 5 V, a bridge allows you to easily change the voltage and logic level. No risk of damaging a USB port, in the event of an overvoltage, the USB adapter is protected by a fuse
Direct connection: help with damaged microcontrollers, if communication via USB is no longer possible, you can communicate directly with the chip with the adapte
The USB adapter is designed for connecting microcontrollers to the PC, it supports serial communication, TTL and UART. If a microcontroller communication via the built-in USB interface no longer works, this adapter helps. It allows direct connection to the chip and creates the option of direct programming. The adapter supports 3.3 V and 5 V output voltage or Logic level The change between the two voltages is done by changing a bridge.
The corresponding positions for 3.3 V and 5 V are marked on the board. Three LEDs show the user what is happening in real time. The blue LED lights up when there is a stable power supply, the red LED flashes when data is transmitted to the microcontroller, and the green LED indicates that the adapter receives data from the microcontroller.
USB adapter
The built-in fuse protects the USB port against damage caused by overvoltage. The fuse resets after a few minutes and the adapter can be used again. If necessary, two additional pins for CTS and RTS can be soldered. These are not necessary for normal use. The adapter comes with cables to connect a microcontroller.
